    you can also take
    pumpkin seed oil

eating more veggies and less red meats
    less butter and dairy

I recommend you to try Xango juice, made of the hole mangosteen fruit. This food supplement has multiple preventative and therapeutic applications that can provide you with a safe and effective alternative to medication.

You can safely take it with your prescription medicines too.

Please check http://www.cristinadiaz.mymangosteen.com and choose your country for information.

Yes Saw Palmetto is correct. Get a quality brand. There are also some formulas that containe it in correct quanity with other things to help. Yes you can have coffee. And yes you can take it with prescription meds but you may not need the meds.

  • mr.answerman:

Yes you can take saw palmetto along with drugs. The reason is that it has been proven that saw palmetto has no effect on prostate size.

  • Janet S:

Saw Palmetto berry extract has been shown to support prostate FUNCTION. Some other herbs and nutritional supplements also help prevent BHP turning into cancer, reduce the enlargement a bit & reduce the likelihood of urinary tract infections. Many reputable companies combine these. One of the good formulas is made by NOW Foods and is called Prostate Support. Read about it here:http://www.nowfoods.com/?action=itemdetail&item_id=3128

Coffee is okay in moderation. It works as a mild diuretic.

Some herbs and supplements are counter-productive to some prescription medicines. For instance, Alfalfa is a good tonic but counters the effect of blood thinners. Ask your doctor and your pharmacist. Best results come when you do your own research and/or consult an alternative medicine practitioner.
