how do you shrink an enlarged prostate holistically?
i have been diagnosed with bph and on .4 mg/day flomax, which is not working. diet changes i implemented: began drinking green tea, increased soy intake, taking 5mg lycopene a/day.
i have hypertension and take two 20mg/day benezepril and two 25mg/day metoprolol.
