What are some of the most potent Beta Sitosterol supplements on the market?
No they’re not steroids but sterols shown to inhibit 5 Alpha Reductase activity(the enzyme resposible for converting test to DHT).I’ve tried doing a search but nothing is showing potency.I know that Saw Palmetto is supposed to be a good source but even the sources I’ve found don’t seem to be standardized for Beta Sitosterol.Any links to real clinical proof would be appreciated as well.Price and manufacturer are helpful as well but I’m mostly concerned with potency.
